Well, what are the best ones to use?
Anti-virus, Anti-spyware, etc, etc

ESS (ESET Smart Security) or KIS (Kaspersky Internet Security) are nice software to use to protect your PC. For Spyware and Adware I would recommend Ad-Aware. Good luck mate ^_^

ESS, sounds like NOD32, but total security Had a good experience with Nod32

KIS and for spyware, eTrust Pest Patrol, it nukes spyware hard, but not a lot of people use it
