I dont why but the resolution is so high i cannot read anything and even if i change it to 640×420 it stays the same? Im running it on 32inch tv. thanks

wwhoa that is cell phone size res… a pretty middle of the road res is 1024×768 try & report back if u can.

i know but it dosent seem to change the resolution it still stays insanely high i cant make out what it is saying even if i go right up to it. thanks for your reply

I had this issue a while back.
I went to distrowatch and found many different alternatives, then all you have to do is read which one serves your purposes the best.
