Best DVD Menu making software

Whats the best software to make a good looking menu where i can put my own background and music in the menu

Mate stick with VSO convert X to DVD its a little tricky but if you check out some tutorials its actually a kickass application, best quality conversions and the menu system does whatever you want it too you just have to find some tutorials.

do you want something profesional? then get yourself adobe encore… regardless the verion. even 1.5 is good enough!

version 1.5 can add a video to the background and it is about 190mb.
cs3 or cs4 is a bit bigger… about 350mb i think
