Batman Arkham City crashes everytime

I have a problem that Batman Arkham City crashes always.
I have tried all the versions, FIGHTCLUB, I tried the release of BLACK BOX and now the R.G. CATALYST and still the game always crashes when I just run it.
I get always the same error of “Batman Arkham City has stopped working.”.
It happens everytime I just run the game, I am not possible to get even to the main menu of the game. It happens when the DX-11 is disabled.
When the DX-11 is enabled I get a worse error of “Fatal error”.
I have tried all the fixes and all the updates and I still can not play the game!

My pc can easily run this game:
i7 2600
8GB RAM
GeForce GTX 570
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Update video driver disable AV, update direct X and update visual C++

Disable Antivirus . r u sure you already update visual C++?

The antivirus is not running. And my C++ is updated.

Why your windows 7 is looking like that?
