Drive 1 MY DRIVE Has over 1500 movies on it
My friend has Drive 2 He has movies on his drive
I have movies to give him and he has to give me movies to make clone drives
I put our file names into Excel usind SmartDir 6 to get list of each drive
What I am wanting to do is this

How do I get them of his drive using my excel list
Can I make a file batch file say and when it run’s it looks at his PC finds files and copies them to my empty drive I take to his place
Or is there a program that I can paste in the list tell it to look at his PC and it ask where do you want to put these file
I tell it to put to my drive Bang CLICK It copies while we have a beer
Have searched net for answer but nothing to doing many files in one batch if so I have not found it
Hoping someone can assist as I am lost …………

Answer #1
export file names to a text file like this
"c:\my folder\my movie1.mkv"+"c:\my folder2\my movie2.mkv"
then use this in command prompt

uhhhh…You have movies he wants, and he has movies you want, what’s wrong with copy/pasting the selected files you want and putting them on the drive etc.?
