Assassins Creed Brotherhood xbxo360 update?

hi guys just downloaded an Assassins Creed Brotherhood XBOX360 today and i put it on my box its asked for the update and restart once i dont that then i found the new dashboard so whenever i try to play the Assassins Creed Brotherhood it ask me again for the update which is i cant because my box is banned so i was wondering if there any new dashboard update availabe vis usb ????
ps: i played black ops before no problem any other games play fine but no Assassins Creed Brotherhood without update ….
any one please can help

If you update to the new dash, you won’t be able to play anyway. Read up on AP2.5, it’s in the new dash and kills AC:B. You’ll need to wait for a new FW or patch the game to Wave 3 and remove the update folder from the ISO before you can play it.

ive tried to do WHAT YOU SUGESSTED ME BUT I COULDNT FIND THE UPDATE FOLDER TO DELETE ANY IDEA WHERE THAT FOLDER COULD BE PLEASE??
