Are there any “hide your IP” programs that aren’t

I ask this because I recently downloaded three “hide your IP” software programs, and before opening them up I ran a virus scan, and all three contained a virus. The three were Not My IP, Invisible Browser, and Proxyway.
BTW all three I downloaded from their website, not from a secondary source.
