anybody with cod4 installed plz help

hi, i have cod4 but i dont have the entries that go in the registry. can anybody help me out?

he wants just the registry entries so he can patch not the whole game

… did you burn it to a disc or mountit? i get a file size mismatch type of error with razors when i try and burn the disc.. unexpected end of file i think its called..
suggestions?
