and that’s the main difference in android and IOS/Iphone right there. :-/
– But is your android rooted? May need it rooted for those anti virus/anti malware apps to function correctly.
– and if it’s rooted, there’s a many of other tools that you can use to remove start up apps and services.

You’d probably have to wipe your device and re-flash your ROM.
Back up you files using G Cloud and search on XDA for a suitable ROM for your device.

The price of software freedom and an open platform is that people with malicious intent tend to use it for the bad to make a quick buck. But the good outweighs the bad so it becomes your responsibility to ensure you stay safe.
When installing an app, Android presents a screen with the permissions and level of access that the app requires.
The primary step to saying safe, besides getting the app from a reputable app store (a well known one rather than from forums and blogs), is to analyse the list of permissions and reflect upon whether the app actually needs the permissions it is asking for.
For example, if I were to download a live wallpaper app, it would be highly suspicious if it requested for complete device, internet and telephony access.
So, to stay safe:

  • Avoid downloading apps from shady sites.
  • Read the permission list to check if the application function matches the access it is asking for.
  • If available, the user reviews are also a wealthy source of information. I’d recommend going through them as well.

This will ensure that no malware gets on your device rather than spend time in cleaning up one post-infection.

Thanks guys for your help
but it was installed as a program so no antivirus would get it
it was normal app with ads so nothing wrong with it
i searched for it in the installed and downloaded apps but i couldn’t find it
and here is the trick it was installed under the name “Network” and have the same icon or the wireless
so i thought it was something default with the android system
but when i opened it i found the option to uninstall it which was weird cause you can’t uninstall the default apps with the android
and when i uninstalled it everything worked perfectly
