advertisment creation

hey guys, does anyone know of some sort of flyer creator? i have an idea of what i want to do, very simple layout but i really dont need complex art programs, just something i can put a pic, write some text and have a section on the bottom for tear off phone numbers? paint is crap, so do suggest that lol..
