Adobe CS4 Help.

Okay, so I downloaded the Master Collection CS4, extract the files and start the install. It goes almost all the way up to 100% and then it says that there was an error and cannot install.
I then went and tried installing again and still didn’t work. Then I went and downloaded Photoshop CS4 Extended and Dreamweaver CS4 separately and tried installing… Still didn’t work.
When installing Photoshop, this is what I got…


I clicked on More Information at the end of the installation, and it said this.

Error 1603. Fatal error during installation.
Adobe Photoshop CS4

Adobe Bridge CS4
Error:
Error 1603. Fatal error during installation.
Adobe Device Central CS4

Error 1603. Fatal error during installation.

I am using Windows XP SP3 and I have all the min. requirements to install.
Btw, I also tried installing it on Vista SP1 (I dual-boot XP and Vista), and it worked just fine.
