Adblock for IE?

October 24th, 2013

Hey guys,
I have a quick question… is there any FREE softwares that can remove Ads in Internet Explorer 8?
Thanks

There is adblock for IE available on internet for free. But I never used adblock for IE since I use firefox browser. Checkout the following link for adblock for IE. Keep in mind WBB is AD supported. If everyone block the AD’s. Then WBB would not make enough money to keep the site running.

You could always use a better browser like Firefox, or Chrome?

I already have Chrome, but im facing some problems with the download speed [kb/s] and such things. I’ve noticed a big diffrence in speed with IE.
I’m pretty sure the only problem is that i’m stealing Wifi from my neighbors

Yeah, you seriously should. I personally prefer Firefox for the myriad of Add-ons. But both are better than IE.

I know, IE9 is even worse than 8

I’m moving back to IE9 from firefox coz of firefox’s slow launch speeds and freeze ups. FF needs clearing history every month or so.. otherwise, it would freeze up every 20 secs… i think it has to do with having sync on.

If you have a decent firewall you can enable ad-blocking, web filtering, pop ups, web content (javascripts, VBscripts, ActiveX, etc, Cookies, and configure which sites you may want to allow them on.
