acsm to pdf

hi,i have downloaded a book but its in acsm format,google told me to download adobe digital editions,but there i got a problem since i cant register without limit reach.
I must be wrong and i cant see,maybe you know?

ACSM files are like XML. It’s a definition file that contains the link to the ebook. Open it in a text editor and find the tags <src>…</src>. Copy that link to your browser and the book should download. If it’s DRM protected you’ll still need the right reader software.
