Answer #2
what do you mean “to d”
Answer #3
d mean ( the ) eg 290 x 10 to the minus 5
Answer #4
U mean 2900-44-12=2844?
Answer #5
I’ve been over this topic like 50 times, I seriously do not understand how you’ve structured this question.
Answer #6
290 x 10 - 5 + 29 + 10 - 6 / 2
290 x 10 = 2900 - 5 + 29 + 10 - 6 / 2
6 / 2 = 3
2900 - 5 = 2895
2895 + 29 = 2924
2924 + 10 = 2934
2934 - 3 = 2931

A = 2931
Have to follow the Order of Operations with this problem:

Answer #7
“To the” indicates a power here if I am not mistaken. I interpreted the question as:
( 290 x (10^(-5)) + 29 + (10^(-6)) ) / 2
   = 1.4645 x 10^-3

but it could also be:
290 x (10^(-5)) + ( 29 + (10^(-6)) ) / 2
   = 2.9145 x 10^-3

since the division operation could just be taken for the second term.
Answer #8
it would be easier if you wote ou the question by hand, then took a picture and uploaded it
