A little help with adware known as PriceChopp

As topic says trying to remove this very annoying adware. The name is “prIceChopp” any help would be great. What happens is every time I start chrome it in in my extensions even after I remove completely. Follow a few guides of manual removals but no luck.
Things I have personally tried: 1. The god malewarebytes both in safe mode and safe with out net connect dosen’t find it.
2. Spyhunter though this cleaned aloooot in my pc didn’t snag the one announce I needed it to. also both safe and safenonet.
3. While in safemode/safemodenonet i reset my chrome and IExplore and removed the file from my programs x86 and deleted it (no program in control pa uninstall).
None of these with luck so coming to this helpful community for help thanks in advanced any more info you may need I’ll provide.

yea cant find it in appdata i know it has like 20-30 different names but i just dont know em all and cant find under pricechopp. I know its not a threat infection but defiantly annoying. I think some files are hidden had to get appdata by typing in search %appdata% even though i have show all hidden files checked.

Yep that guide is basically same as others and still here im racking my brain and its so frustrating i cant see to re move it at all.
