A little advice for a clumsy friend?

January 22nd, 2020

I’ve always wanted to be able to “naturally” dance like so many people are able, but I’ve never had any ability at that sort of thing. I can’t “feel the music” or whatever, and I’d like to at least make some progress towards being able to dance without having to pay big bucks for lessons. So, I decided to look for some instructional series of some sort that I can work with, but the ones I’ve found online and on BB don’t seem to get much attention. I’m not looking to learn how to tango or foxtrot or do anything real fancy – I just want to be able to move to the music and become more coordinated in that sense. Anyone have recommendations with instructional programs or ways to improve?

Best way to feel music, first if there are lyrical songs look up the lyrics and understand what is being said.
Second I’d say listen to the music as much as you can, once you really love the music it will all go by itself.

actually i think working out helps you. not just weighting lefts. look at the hip hop abs and stuff. they dance while working out.
