Is possible to compress a 12mb or a 5mb folder to 2mb with WinRAR??

choose as Compression Method Best in winar it wil make 5mb to 3.98mb
12mb maybe 2-3mb lower (ex.12mb to 10mb)

7zip makes 5mb to 0.98mb with Ultra compression

I downloaded a few films from this site and put the files on a usb stick to play on my tv (samsung) cannot understand why the first one plays but the second one wont(says file not supported).Can anyone explain why??

Hey im trying to encode my hd dvds and blurays to a smaller file to back them up and using around a bitrate of 1500 to 2000. Im using x264 and aac audio. Ive got the sharpness nice but there seems to be motion artifacts any idea why ? Thanks.

As said in title i am use Samsung Galaxy Ace when outside in sunlight I am not able to see anything on screen its very dim. I increased screen brightness but still looks very dim sunlight.
