Why does my website lag when I tweet something?

I click the tweet button on my website then when i wait a few seconds later it lags and it starts crawling. then when I wait a minute later then the website starts going fast again.

the button starts crawling? what? where does it go?
First reboot, if that doesn’t improve things you have to give it a love tap, like you used to have to do with old TVs to get the reception tuned in. i use a hammer because of my broken punching hand, and that usually gets it working.
