Installing Windows phone 7 on iPhone 4, a possiblity?

Recently I have been fancying the Windows phone 7 Operating system. The way everything moves when you click on something, it just has a nice sleek interface. I was wondering if you think it’ll be possible to install Windows phone 7 on an iPhone 4? I know Android can be installed so why not Windows Phone 7?
I have tried many themes but it doesn’t give it that nice smooth effect
I’m pretty sure it will be able to run Windows phone 7 because the iPhone 4 has somewhat good specs.

its because both are closed source. its almost impossible
