Unable to login to your blackberry ID account

when i try to log to my BB account ID i get this error
enter the username associated with the smartphone, i looked on the net and no answer ,
can someone please help me ?

Did you just get a new BB? And you’re trying to login to the same account as you used on an old one?

yes i just got new BB and i created new account for this BB but can’t log neither with the old of the new one,

Give Blackberry tech support a ring. Is your data plan setup for the Blackberry? I.E do you have BIS/BES on your account? If not you need to pay for those to use the Blackberry.

do they have phone number for Holland/German Customers?

i tried to call the blackberry support, they will charge me 9 Euro before they want to help!
