Windows Vista Sound soo low ! Help

Everything is setup fine and i duel boot with xp and my sound through xp is perfect but vista sound is very low when all volume is set to 100.
I have logitech x530 speakers with an HP Pavilion a1120a desktop and i have installed the latest vista drivers from Realtek . (which is the drivers i need)
so other than that i dont know what to say anyone else have similar prob ????

As far as i can tell, I have checked and fiddled with a lot of settings but nothing seems to make a difference – When I set volume on speakers to max, then sound menu to max, as well as the winamp or other player to max – still plays music and system sounds quietly
I cant believe i am the only one with this problem
