Filter help – Photoshop

I have an image and have applied a filter to it but cant remember what the filter was. Is there anyway to find out?

It should be in the .psd’s action history view.

Then it’s impossible to help of course. Can you show us the image, maybe we can try and see what the filter is by having a look at it.
