Whats that thing that u put on your monitor , it acts like sunglasses?

Do you mean a privacy shield so that only the person sitting directly in from of the monitor can see it? They are also used for anti-glare, but they will make your monitor darker.

do you meen a UV filter? thoes are only nessisary for realy old (pre-1995) CRT screens (newer CRTs and LCDs emit minimal amounts of UV, new CRTs more than LCDs, but still too small to worry about)
