Help on the Sims 3…

I have just downloaded the Razor1911 Sims 3…
From then on, I am completely lost.
Is someone there to help me step by step on what to do now?
– I have already extracted the files.
– I have the deamon tools program, as I hear you need it.
the words ‘patches’ and ‘cracks’ means nothing to me, please help, I am desperate to play this game! i’d like to know which exact files to mount etc…
