can i just delete those file without problem….?

No not really…
get rid of all tmp and bak files switch off system restore if its on will dump any restore points which can be big space wasters most of the others shown I would also ditch but cant guaranty the result
Your Uninstaller tends to be a bit severe with it’s file cleaner (and reg cleaner)…you might loose something you need..I have had a few problems after using it..
Personally I would stick to using CCleaner and Tuneup Utilities for that job

Yes you can delete the files “av1.tmp” and “av24.tmp”.
You need to disconnect from the internet. Exit Kaspersky. and delete them. Deleting those two files with kaspersky running isn’t possible
