PAL & NTSC

Recently we got a Wii from the USA, but we have bought a TV in Europe, what do I need to download now? PAL or NTSC? Side Note: There was a Wii sport disc included which is working fine so I guess I need NTSC?

it doesn’t depend on the TV, its more about the console itself.
since you bought it in the US, then its probably NTSC. check the manuals, should be written there somewhere

ntsc (Never Twice the Same Colour) in the trade is the us standard try for a dual pal/ntsc tv or yopu can not use it for of air reception without a convertor

what model number is the tv because if its not dual standard it will not play ntsc and ntsc is all you consol will play if its ntsc

I’ve got no idea.
But as far as I understand this now, my Wii is NTSC and I can play so… then my TV is NTSC or dual standard..?

If remember correctly, if you run the games with Backup Launcher 0.3 Gamma you can force it to run under any standard you choose.
