Resize animated .GIF

Anyone could help me resizing this gif so i can use it as my dynamic display picture in MSN 2009, i’m walking in circles with Ulead gif animator and gifworks.com don’t accept it because of the size. Thanks in advance.

I don’t know exactly which size it should be, i think less than 11kb.

export it to individual pics
resize all pics in Pshop or whatever
rebuild the GIF with animagic
that sucker is huge so you may need to remove frames to get 11kb
