what is the differences between 64x and 32x computers.
also which 1 is better

Answer #1
32 bit can only use up to 4 GB (but in reality closer to 3,5 GB)
64 bit can use more ram, like really insane amounts theoretically possible.
Also purely 64bit programs run faster and more efficiently, but as of yet, there are not many big apps that are fully 64bit.
Answer #2
there are not many big apps that are fully 64bit.
Yet they work just as good emulated as they would on a 32bit OS (if not better). Not only does the 64bit allow more RAM, it also has better memory distribution. Vista x86 runs way slower for me than Vista x64, with 4GB RAM
Answer #3
You want to get pass the 3Gb barrier, 64 bit is currently the only solution.
Answer #4
64 bit architecture has been suggested able to utilise [I think] about 16.7 million gigs of RAM
Answer #5
If you do a bit of reading up on the 64 bit architecture you’ll learn some surprising facts about just how efficient it is with regards to processing at a 64-bit word length. The gist being they’re not all that great.
The main reason you go for 64 bit is to utilize more than 3.5GB of RAM, and also allow processes running at 64-bits to access more than I think it is 1GB of RAM.
