Cannot Change Hz Rate

Just trying to fix my new screen still
still think its the video card.
when i put the old screen back on i cannot change the Hz rate it just says Monitors default Rate.
I have everest ultimate edition and i have tryed to find the video card to update it.
it says its a SIS 315 Intergrated video card, dont even know if theres such thing. i dont know to much but yeah any help would be great.
You have basic onboard graphics so maybe you can’t do too much.

I went to install it
it came up with windows cannot find the suitable drive installation will now terminate.
Hmmm, sounds like you have no space on your hard disk, or its trying to install to a drive that doesn’t exist. Odd – try checking that sort of thing.
nope i have around 28GB left on the harddrive.
