When i go to download from RS it says Error: Please enable Javascript. It has worked before, why not now?

Are you using proxy or something mate? If you are it may result in getting that error. Good luck mate ^_^

Nop, just normal Internet Explorer.

Then try enabling JS in your browser. For IE go to Tools–>Internet Options–>Security.
There select the “Internet” icon and click on “Custom Level”. In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the item that reads Active Scripting and enable the option.

you have java installed ? upgrade anything lately ?

Try downloading Adobe Flash Player 9. It might be an ActiveX problem. You can get it here:
http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/
