Rapidshare doesn’t allow it’s links to be remote uploaded to other sites, only way you can do that is to use a leech script and download the RS link to a server and from the server to hotfile (although I don’t know if hotfile has a remote uploading service)

is there somebody who knows more about hotfile uploading ?
You need a rapidshare premium account for this, then put your account info in the rapidshare link.. lets say you want to remote upload this link: http://~ Dead file host ~/files/243217927/FW6.1.3.rar your remote upload link has to be then http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@~ Dead file host ~/files/243217927/FW6.1.3.rar (username:pw from rapidshare premium). When you want to remote upload this file you have to go to hotfile and then click on remote upload, you have to have rapidshare traffic for this otherwise it won’t work.

When did they start blocking RS remote uploads? I was doing it with my premium back in early May.
I think you need a direct link from RS it would look something like this:
http://rs432gc.~ Dead file host ~/files/123456789/FakeFile.part08.rar
and then add the ‘username:password@’
like this:
http://username:password@rs432gc.~ Dead file host ~/files/123456789/FakeFile.part08.rar

This worked for me:
EDIT: You just need to have a rapidshare premium account with traffic left so you can remote upload with hotfile. I’m doing this every day

I figured what I was doing wrong, you NEED to have direct downlods enabled in RS account.

did that and it didn’t help i also have have contacted hotfile the replied two times and nothing helped.

hotfile remote uploading is a hit n miss.. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.. :s

i am posting here because i have the same problem… but i am adding other things into the mix –
in Mozilla Firefox 3.0.11 i cannot do this:
It just redirects me to a “free” or “premium” download button like direct downloads was turned off when it is actually on! xD
I use WGet to download files,and i had a cookie created. This trouble for me started last night, and also it made my WGet stuff not work either. I recreated the cookie and it started to work. I think this *may* in turn have something to do with the whole thing not working…
So more problems… but i think there is the cause in there somewhere! xD

Ok im do RS 2 HF alot of time and you missing a little point…. you have to get a direct link of RS like
Now add Premium account ID / Pass like
Do not paste your alias ID ,,, it will not work ,.. put your account ID in Number which rapidshare gives you…. .

Its not a problem from hotfile side. Actually its rapidshare. It needs a valid cookie before downloading its file. I guess its permanent now because of many people leeching their files.
So, the following syntax are not gonna work for anything.
You can’t even download a file using that syntax. You need to set a valid cookie at your computer. And because you can’t manually login or set the cookie file to hotfile server from which remote uploading is done, you can’t perform it.
If you’re not sure about this, you can test it yourself. Just logout from your rapidshare premium account. And try entering any URL of below format.
It will not work unless you set the cookie. It has nothing to do with hotfile nor the direct download option of rapidshare premium user settings.
If you know any workaround, let us know. But actually its impossible to get back to direct URL method unless rapidshare removes the cookies compulsion for downloading the file.
