Top and front fan won’t come on

I had gotten a new case since the last one I had kinda failed on me and when I hooked everything up and pressed the power button, the top and front fan didn’t come on. Everything is hooked up correctly blah blah blah. Case is a Thermaltake Chaser MK-I.

Did you check if the wires are not damage?

Yes. I unplugged the top fan from the controller and it does work. I don’t know about the front one since the cable is too short to reach my mother board.

Is there a setting in the BIOS for the fans ?
