How to watch *.png files

how can I watch png files?’ except from photoshop.
the thing that i want to watch is a manga…

.png files are pictures… open with anything, including web browsers.

Mine can, just right click, open with, and then choose that program
If not, I used nero picture viewer a while back because I used it to burn dvds and it was just there.

all windows had paint, open ur paint in the menu bar click FILE+OPEN…
if the owner of that file says u can watch the manga on this! whether it is porn manga or whatever. then theres something on that file that u can’t see. U need win.rar to open the hidden file inside that image…
