help please, Win7 Question?

May 11th, 2023

I have a question about windows 7. I burned the ISO in lowest speed and was sucessfully burned and verifyed. Then i try to restart and boot from the DVD but nothing will appear Is there a way i can boot the DVD in another way? Please respond. Would really apreciate it.
Answer #1
For OS its best to burn it at 4x speed or 6x speed. Any slower or faster will corrupt it.
Answer #2
Actually, i burn two copies, one at 4x and the other at 2x. Ive tried both and none will appear when i restart my PC. The message that says that “press a button to boot from CD”. Is there another way i can boot from the CD mate ?
Answer #3
Did you set up CD to have priority when booting up? You go into BIOS and select CD as number 1.
Answer #4
Mmm, i dont know how to do that mate :S I did go into BiOS right now but didn’t see anything on CD to 1. :S Do you know how I can locate it ?
btw, i’ve read some ppl actually haved install win7 using daemon tools virual drive and installed in into another partion. Is this true do you know?

Yes it’s possible. If you have another partition which is connected internally to your desktop you’d just have to mount ISO with Daemon tools & install OS on partition. There are other ways as well, USB drive..etc.
EDIT – Apparently the Daemon tools method doesn’t work successfully so ask around for other methods.
