windows xp dark edition

i downloaded one of the window xp dark edition from here and its a rar file..but i do not noe how to use it so i can install it on my computer

Unrar it with winrarwww.winrar.com, it should give u an iso file maybe, burn it to a disc using nero or Alcohol 120, then boot ur comp with that cd, and just follow the instructions, be sure to make any backup of ur personal files on the drive u r gonna install it
