where can i get business plans?

I need business plans on different topics like retail store and banks. I need those badly but i cant find anything useful on the net…i’ve tried ‘bplan.com’, but it’s of no use…other business plan sites are requiring payment. i’ve downloaded business plan pro…but i dont know how to use it properly….can anybody help me? plz give me a link or address to find business plans..if there are any..
