How to convert rsd files into iso ?

i was wondering how to convert the rsd files i got from rosetta stone to convert them to iso files so that i can mount them in daemon tools.

are the rsd files in folders?
like data, documentation, languages and speech?
if they are just burn them all as one iso with the image recorder function
that’s included with your burning software
