get rid of the files u dont want or buy another hd
or use your uninstaller to remove unused files

Delete things, uninstall unused software, compress unused but required files, or buy another hard drive =)

Do you have another partition on the same disk with free space? If you do, then you can use Acronis Disk Director to resize the partitions and allocate more space to C from D for example.
