August 5th, 2016

i want to know my psu specs without opening the case please
Answer #1
Not possible
Answer #2
you need to look at the psu as it tells you :p.
opening the case takes about 5 seconds so its not hard.
Answer #3
As already been said^ you’d have to open it and
a look at the sticker,It’s nothing complicated.
Answer #4
Open the case up and take a look because it’s not like doing brain surgery. I daren’ t think how clogged up with dust your heatsink must be if you are that reluctant to go inside your case.
Answer #5
lazy man doesn’t want to open his case. Open it up its on the side. Or if you remember the model name and number you can google it.
Answer #6
If it’s a brand name, you can check the manufacturer specs, otherwise you can either go into BIOS and set the vCore to the highest number it lets you or open up the case.
Answer #7

Manufacturers never list the exact PSU model,Only wattage
at best if they mention it at all.
otherwise you can either go into BIOS and set the vCore to the highest number it lets you or open up the case.
Not funny! You shouldn’t be giving people such a destructive advice!
Answer #8
I agree not a good idea to do this

Yes 2 mins to open up your case “Done”
but while your in there get your vacume cleaner in there and give it a good clean out.

Bad idea He can easily fry his hardware that way,Vacuums = Static electricity.
The insides of a computer should only be cleaned with canned air or
a paint brush.
Answer #10
The case is usually just 2 screws and sliding of the side cover.
There is nothing harder than opening a box for starters.
If your into opening stuff, try opening an Xbox 360, its pretty much slightly harder.
Pro’s can open it within 10 minutes.

Well i dont mean rattle it about in there like you would in your living room.
Abit of care needed obviously, but i would be carefull useing a brush, nylon brushes carry static and can damage components.
