tell me if the specs are good enough for best resolution gaming and fps
and if i can play hd movies on it aswell

one more thing when it says “512MB ATI Radeon HD4350 graphics” does it mean that it can play hd movies at max resolution

Depends on the card, some may only do 720p some 1080p it will say in the specifications.
