Internet Problem Please Help

Ok so here is the problem. I need to change my IP.
Whenever I change my ip by restarting my modem and or just connecting my computer to my modem directly everything works.
However when I get a new IP my router does not recieve all the info needed like the IP DNS Servers Subnet mask etc.
Its all set to recieve dynamically from ISP. Why isnt it working?

First of all, you have not provided any information on the router’s model. Anyway, if you want a fast reply. Contact your ISP = Internet Service Provider technical support.
