Has anybody else come across this? and is there a way to get my account back? Ive only downloaded from since my time of usage. My friend also uses both rs prem and and not once has he had a problem like this.

Sorry you guys just made me realise that there was a RS discussion thread, my mistake.
But if its okay can i ask what “phished” exactly means?
Email rapidshare and tell them they will reset your pass.
Also change your email password and reformat
Phished means: Some one tricked you into entering your details in a look-a-like rapidshare page
Or
You click on a virus in which case they have your user + pass that you have saved in your password manager.
My opinion:
Reformat.
Download Firefox.
Install add-on: Last Pass
Install Avira Anti-virus (i use free one and its great).

They’re right. RS never terminates accounts for copyright infringement. It would bite the hand that feeds them.
http://www.google.com?t=415677like its been said u’ve been phised, i keep gettin these types of emails for my paypal account amongst others, if u answer these emails ur f****, just bin em, dont panic and send em to ur trash bin in future. hope u sort it out…scamming pr**** out to catch anyone they can!. i remember the 1st one i got, i was like s*** wtf, i was straight to the cash point gettin a statement to see if anythin’ was took from my account, i admit, it scare’s the s*** outa u the 1st time u get this type of thing!. i went white and felt kinda sick…but didnt answer the email!..lol..all was ok tho
