downloads stopping with uploaded premium acc

i have bought a premium account with uploaded and most of my downloads are stopping before there done.when i try to restart the download microsoft word is coming up with uploaded site in it.what would be causing this?and the downloads to stop? i am using idm to download with. thanks for any help..

i am using uploaded with idm withoug any issue. Did you login on the uploaded site? which version of idm are you using?

try updating your idm and give it a try. Im running 6.14 build 3 but seem to me that you cannot add the urls directly to idm. You will have to open the link in your browser for idm to pick it up.

i updated to idm to 6.14 build 3.if i stay on the uploaded page while im downloading it works pretty good.thanks for the help im good now.

You can add direct links and multiple links if you set up an IE cookie for unploaded.
You go to uploaded in IE, log in and save the log in details when IE ask you. Exit IE but don’t delete any cookies.
Now IDM will understand pasted and multi-links for as long as the cookie lasts.
