MGSPC not working

12 GB RAM
Windows 8 Pro x64
Not working even with crack.
When the crack isnt active it says it needs CD, even tho the author says it shouldnt need CD, i think. And even with crack it sometimes said needs CD.
How to fix the error in the pic above?
Try using Compatibility Mode and see if anything changes
Already tried, I think. It’s working now with a new crack from GameCopyWorld.
