[solved]Need help with annoying appearing-disappearing Icon

There’s an annoying appearing and disappeing icon on my taskbar…it shows up constantly for a split-second. I’ve scanned with multiple scanners now and it turns out clean. I’m just not sure what that icon is…is there a way to detect or stop this process?
edit: found the process–disabled it

any printscreen on that icon?I do have and it’s UI0Detect.exe(interactive services detection) is there a way to disable this service permanently or even stop the notification(it causes my programs to minimize)? I’m running on Windows7:)
