I just wanted to know how i add addons and toolbars downloaded from utorrent to utorrent

you mean .xpi files? Just drag them into the window of Mozilla

no, not xpi files
i downloaded a few apps to go with utorrent from-
http://www.utorrent.com/apps
and they are .btapp and .btinstall files

You can download and install uTorrent apps from within uTorrent itself.

Did you try double click or may be Open with utorrent ?

ok ive tried to open it with utorrent but doesnt work (it says “this file isnt a valid torrent file)
do you have a guide

They introduced a tab called Apps (I can say it’s present in version 2.2 build 23071). You can find it, on bottom left pane. Click it, select an app and press install in the right pane.
Btw I haven’t checked but those files you have probably goes to utorrent folder in appdata. However you shouldn’t need this.
