Sony Vegas Pro 11.0 has stopped working.

When I am running Sony Vegad Pro 11.0 , I see “Creating I/O files” then I am getting message “Program Vegas Pro has stopped working”
Problem Description

I’ve got Windows 7 (32bit) , anyone know how to fix it ?

I already checked these methods , nothing worked for me , and as you can see the guy from 1st link got “DirectX Plug-Ins” error , I got “Creating file I/O manager” error.
