MDL forum – how to register, MS Toolkit errors

Mate, after Win updates a fortnight ago, has problems with what thought was genuine Win 7 key, tried MS Toolkit & changed some things, but says no licence installed, working in grace period only, wouldn’t backup licence.
Trying to post info from Toolkit to MyDigitalOnline forum on MS Toolkit, but register, FAQ links all come back to same Toolkit page. IE or Chrome.
So I’m wondering if site auto banned, or I need to create an exception Kaspersky.
Problem might stem from not having Norton Internet Sec disabled for long enough, so it might have stopped the program from running properly even if now disable Norton temporarily?
Any ideas welcome please.

Google seems to have found me an old forum MyDigitalOnline, so I guess that’s why register page wouldn’t show.
