Recommended Capture Card for Console Footage?

So I’m looking for a capture device to use to record gaming console footage (Mostly in SD footage. HD devices are too expensive), mostly to record PS2 or Xbox 360 games.
I was wondering what would be a good quality one for under $50?

I just purchased a Diamond TV Wonder 750-PCIe TV Tuner Card from Fry’s for $50. It works well for recording TV shows. However, I don’t know if It will capture footage from gaming consoles because I haven’t tried it yet. I will see if it works and respond back.
