Cracked galaxy s2 screen

I’m from Birmingham, UK and my mate managed to crack his galaxy s2 screen (he dropped it). what is the best way to get it fixed.
pay someone (could you recommend a local or uk based place) or buy a screen from ebay and do it himself

Crack Screen not repairable, so go to Samsung Service center and pay Money for screen.

This guy is supposed to be good, someone in work used him for Apple repair
